"Ewww...yuk," I thought years ago when I first heard this, so I know where youre coming from. Like you I was clueless on what urine really is. I did learn in college it is sterile but that was about it. Fast forward about 20 years and copious amounts of reading on different protocols/therapies. Suffice it to say, today I drank my first glass(es) from my very own body. Not at all what I thought itd be. Id go on and describe this and that but it would end up sounding like I was critiquing a fine glass of wine. In fact, Im sure in the future, I will drink from a fine wine goblet. Anyway, twasnt bad at all. The book I started rereading, and which led me to imbibing this morning is The Water of Life: A Treatise on Urine Therapy by J.W. Armstrong.
