I'm putting together a glyco mix using both foods and supplements. The only essential sugars I lack are N-acetylglucosamine and N-acetylgalactosamine. Restricting my choice to either a high quality Shark Cartilage or a high quality Aloe Vera extract, which would be the better source, gram per gram?
