Hi, I am ever so sorry to hear of all the trouble you've had for so long.
Wish there was a magic cure by sending good thoughts, which I am sending your way right now.
Since you are diagnosed, have you made the dietary changes and been tested for candida? I imagine so, but the post below seems to indicate a bit of hope is possible with these adjustments.
Do you have a pet? It will give you a lot of inner warmth and fills a part of you that cannot be described other than with love. Perhaps working with animals will give you a place where you can go and be among the best of friends?
Have you tried taking activated charcoal and clorophyll too? A lot of people say it helps, and one of the TMAU forums was referring to charcoal lined clothing, so I'm assuming that it does help some people?

"TMUA is also known as Fish Odor Syndrome. This is misleading because only a small percentage of people suffering this condition smell like fish. Most smell like one or more of the following: garbage like, chemical like, rotten eggs, fecal, urine, amonia, burning rubber, stinky feet, etc. People with TMAU cannot metabolize choline (due to a gene and/or faulty FMO3 enzyme). Since choline is found in all foods, they must avoid high choline foods and try to minimize the amount of low/mod choline foods that they consume. Foods to avoid include: egg yolk, fish, liver, beans, soy, lecithin, mustard, mayo, chocolate ..Pretty much anything that is high in protein. Dairy is bad..including cheese (especially aged cheeses). Red meat is bad. The only meats that seem to be okay are chicken breast and ground turkey breasts (in moderation)Alot of people aslo have problems with carbs (eps pasta). I was also tested postive for yeast overgrowth in my intestines so I avoid carbs,sugar, mushrooms etc. Also cruciferous vegetables like brocolli, cabbage, cauliflower, greens (mustard, turnip, kale, collards) are not high in choline but block the FMO3 enzyme from functioning. So basically consuming these foods is just like consuming foods that are high in choline. Fermented foods can also cause a problems. Lots of Water & probiotcs seem to help some people. The USDA has a list of choline content of foods on the web."
