Healing Eczema Naturally: The Role of Black Seed Oil

Lately I have been reading about black seed oil (nigella sativa) on the web and now I realized that this oil is also mentioned at the article mentioned above. I am now seriously considering to incorporate this oil to my healing process.

I have been quite familiar with black seeds all my life. It is one of the major spices in our cousine. For example, I do not like to bake a bread without adding a tablespoon of black seeds to the dough. It tastes great!

I wonder why I never found out about black seed oil before, even though I am so much familiar with the seeds.

I would like to know if anybody in this forum have used black seed oil topically or taken it orally.
