Hi

I took the castor oil/orange juice mix in the morning and ate like I would for a regular flush, litely. Then I followed the flush recipie fully, including the Epsoms Salts. It isn't necessary to take the second dose of the castor oil mix the day after. I think it would be too much at once. It is pretty potent just taking the one dose.
