Ha ha. What are snacks??? lol. I just skip them really. I was thinking recently that I really need to add some more calories because I have been lifting weights ( small amounts tho... I am a female :-). Thing is that I am just so sensitive to things.
I don't know much about Mercola's protein bars. I almost never eat things from packages. both my sons like those protein bars though, although they don't eat that particular brand either.
Anyhow, when I can digest them better I am planning on adding some more nuts and seeds to my diet, as well as some fruit. Those would be great snacks I think. Oh and fresh popped popcorn is good too, but not really the packaged stuff. it's full of all the nasty stuff. He he ( my daughter and hubby love it tho :-) :-)
