The link that I provided: http://www.dfw.com/mld/dfw/15486298.htm, states quite clearly that that the nobel prize winner who you mentioned, along with two others, have an order of "cease & desist" against Mannetech, for falsely tying their research to M****tech's dietary supplements, i.e. Ambertose.

These kinds of loose, unfounded generalities, impair the truth of the underlying Science of glyconutrient research. We need continued objective, clinical, studies about this newly emerging field of science. Most of all, it should be done by qualified, impartial, non affiliated, pure researchers, whose only goal is scientific validation or denial.
