Re: Lime-Answer From The Expert

Before you close this thread, may I ask a question? In the Vinegar book written by Paul Bragg and his daughter Patricia, they mention the raw apple cider drink can help pull accumulated minerals out of the joints. I know that when I use the vinegar drink, or when I have fasted I would have intense joint pain for a few days, then my joints would loosen up and feel much better. It this a sign of excess calcium being flushed out? I have noticed that since beginning to use distilled water for drinking and cooking my range of motion is much better. Some people say to avoid distilled water because it leaches out minerals. If the minerals coming out are the rocks stored in joints and organs because they cannot be absorbed on a cellular label, then isn't that a good thing? I hope to begin an orange juice fast soon, will that also aid in removing minerals stored in the joints and making them stiff and painful? Thanks and sorry about so many questions, I am just trying to get things sorted out in my mind. There is a lot of conflicting information, but this goes along with what I have been reading and researching, it has the ring of truth and logic to it.
