ALL of these people seeking methods of taking lime in any form are all eating road pavement according to my chiropractor who studied the subject after I explained to him why his Mom was so old and stiff. His study convinced him that he had been supplementing with the same rock they make road out of.

This may prove to be some of the most valuable information posted. Its easy to shout "eat more minerals", but if the wrong minerals are taken they can prove to be worse than nothing at all. Getting the right kind of minerals that the body can use, and will not cause harm years down the road is so important. This must be done through minerals from plants, not chemically treated rocks. I can't begin to imagine the sheer numbers of people risking their health by consuming rocks in supplements and in hard water, and thinking they are doing something positive. Tweet
