To make a poison in a method that it easily enters the BLOOD is like throwing gas on the fire. The fools that take metals and make them extremely small, are such ones that want METAL in their veins, clog their valves and have thousands of varicose veins through out the organs and flesh.

There is but one calcium and that must be from the tree, or second best the plant.

THIRD OPTION for those that must do what they do: The Christopher method of using raw vinegar and peeled egg shells, etc. then mixed with raw honey, etc. this would be a cheating method, but still not near as good as plant calcium.

We have too much calcium anyway, thats why people who know health, concentrate on silica, plant silica that is.

ALL of these people seeking methods of taking lime in any form are all eating road pavement according to my chiropractor who studied the subject after I explained to him why his Mom was so old and stiff. His study convinced him that he had been supplementing with the same rock they make road out of.
