I have a feeling that Glyco's help the body to heal and that includes getting rid of toxins, however, there are lots of modern chemicals that the body has not evolved a way to get rid of - or at least that is a current theory. My wife started feeling better after using a Far Infrared Sauna , as the toxins come out thru the skin and take the pressure off the liver and kidneys.

I ran out of Glycos for a month and my lower back pain came back. They are certainly one piece of the puzzle.
