The guy I saw was a Acupuncturist and Natural Therapist. I think any type of alternative medicine practicioner can do this test if they have the right equipment.

It is a fairly new technology as far as I am aware, so I don't know if you will be lucky enough to find someone who does it in your area.

All I can suggest is to go on the website and they have a list of practicioners around the world who do the NES scan. Hopefully you will find one in your area.
