I have done 2 LF, the first one nothing came out and I was vomiting all that evening. The second one I decrease the volumn of lemon and oliver oil to half, and the next morning I did pass out something exactly the picture showed. (your link)
I took to the lab I works and checked it under microscope, it did not show any crystalline structure. I guess I agree with the link you gave. I will not do this anymore.
