Kitty bit on the neck

Hi everyone, last night my cat (9 years old) was in a fight and was bit on his neck. I guess the other cat was going for the jugular, but i don't think he got it because there was not alot of blood. His neck and face are swollen and he hasn't moved out of his spot since last night. He did take a couple of bites of food though. I feel like I should bring him to the vet and get him on Antibiotics in case of an infection from the other cat. Does anyone have any ideas, advice, recommendations on this?
