I would go to the Doctor and have them do an ultrasound and possibly MRI if the ultrasound comes out negative.
If you come out negative on all your tests, then they will most likely give you a diagnosis of Costochondritis (Inflammation of the Rib Cartilage). This won't kill you, but it hurts really badly. There are a ton of sites out there they talk about the symptoms. It is a disease of exclusion, which means, it is the diagnosis they make when they can't find anything else. But it is very real, and some suffer from it for days, months and even years.
It also mimics gallbaldder problems.
So, I would first find out what the doctor says, and then high tail it back to CZ. I cured a 3 year case of Costo here at curezone doing the cleanses.
