Okay, starting today on 10 day juice fast. Veggie only juice I make, 3x a day plus a glass of coconut kefir in AM. Will fill in with lots of water and my green tea.
I have started an exercise routine, so want enough energy to keep that up. Been doing about 45 minutes of cardio a day with 15 minutes of weights alternating every day.
I appreciate your support guys. This is my second fast, my first was a juice and P&B shake Bowel Cleanse for 5 days. Worked well, but was very weak on day 5. However, I am much more detoxed and healthier into this fast. If I get too weak this time around day 5, I may have to supplement with a bit of protein. Will see how it goes.
