Save my relationship

My girlfriend whom I live with is a compulsive overeater/binge eater. I have made thoughtless comments to her about the amount and speed she eats at. Even worse I have made comments about her putting on weight. She responds by walking out on me and getting very upset. She also lies about her eating habits and is too scared to tell me if she has binged ate. What can I do to save this relationship? Tweet
