Please check out this message I sent you. It may not be an issue of how much acid, it could very well be how acidic. Level of acidity are affected by poor mineral absorbtion. So we get into what came first the chicken or the egg. Lets say aperson takes Antibiotics , then gets candida, which then allows for poor mineral absorbtion, which then leads to an overly acidic biole fluid which caiuses th stmoach to produce mucoid plaque in an effort to protect itself which further inhibits the breakdown of foods etc.
