Re: what type of enema best to remove toxins? coffee?

im just about to purchase an enema kit for the exact same reasons. i suffer from Acne and am flushing to get rid of it. however i am aware that alot of Acne sufferers get worse just after, thats why im purchasing an enema kit! just wondering what type of enema to take the day after the flush, a coffee, herb or just warm water?
