it's the toxins that the flush is getting rid of and they escape through your skin.That's why it is extremely important that you do enemas,colonics or even another dose of ES to ensure that all the toxins leave via the intestines.It used to happen to me when I just started LFing but once I cleaned thoroughly over the next day or two I never got pimples again.
