Is it pretty normal to have alot of skin breakouts after Liver Flush?

The week following my Liver Flush (2 fridays ago)I broke out into about 20 pimples on my face - i was thinking it was the new skin creme i was using, but i'd been using it for about 2 wks before the flush with no reactions. also, i went to a hot climate last weekend, but honestly... i haven't had this many pimples since i was 15! and i'm 38 now.
