Re: Sometimes when I eat raw veggies, I want to throw up afterwards..

Hi,

If you want to throw up, it mean your body is out of balance. Indeed, eating raw needs some "experience" but the reflex of throwing up is in fact a sign of dehydration. The body will not allow the acid content of the stomac flow into the intestines if it isn't nutralized enough by the bicarbonate solution produced by the pancreas. Try to drink more WATER, plain filtered tap water or mineral water out of glass bottles. 8 glasses a day is a good amount. Fruit juice, coffee, milk ... they are not drinks, they are food to your body. I'm convinced the ailment will disappear very soon. Do not drink after meals, but drink about 30 min before and at least 45 min after meals. Also, try to avoid unintentional dehydration by drinking lots of coffee, tea or alcohol, these drinks are diuretics and will drain fluids out of your body.
