Babycakes, the Lord has forgiven you the moment those words first passed your lips! Before even! Instead of praying for the forgiveness that He's already given, pray for the strength to forgive yourself. That's a hard thing to do, but it CAN be done with Christ's help!

I have a childish belief that I've held since childhood. All messages of love are immediately sent to those in heaven and they know just exactly what you feel for them. Sorta like the indian tradition of smoke carrying the message, but without the smoke needed. By this belief I can say that your baby knows your love.
