I have been using the LLB for 1 1/2 months, and find it difficult to regulate the BM's. I have been eating once per day for 6 months (mostly salads and fruit with a small amount of meat) and taking the LLB either before bed or before eating. If I take more than 1per day I get only liquid and 1cap will give 1-2 BM's which are thin and small. What would you recommend? What is this a sign of? Do I need less than 1 cap per day? 50 Y.O. male slightly overweight.
