Re: dark circles/ Yeast?
I don't know if they're balanced or not, to tell you the truth. I try to make sure I get most of my fats from whole foods - that is, mainly avocadoes, flax seeds, and olives, and once in a while, nuts or coconut. The few times I eat the olive oil on my salad, or have the french fries...those are the only times I eat fat made from oil.
Do you belong to fitday? I started keying in what I was eating a few weeks ago, and was surprised to see that foods (some fruits, veggies, and even leafy greens) that I never thought of as having fat in them, did in fact, contain some. It sounds like you might have a bit of a problem getting enough fat - can you eat raw nuts, or young coconut? There are SO many things you make with the coconut, and it's really delicious, and really has a lot of fat. Corn too - lots of fat, if you can eat it.
