Can you give me your opinion on dark circles around the eyes? I've had them since puberty.

I have been told by numerous people that it is due to kidney deficiency (easterners say "chi deficiency").

I'm starting on liver flushes (done 1 so far), planning a 7 day water fast in a couple days. I've done other things of course, but I believe you are correct when saying that the outside is a reflection of the inside.

Do you think the dark circles are due to kidney stones? But then why would they arise when I was a youngster if this is the case? Could immunization shots (when an infant) have caused an imbalance? If so, how? What cleanse do you recommend for the kidney?
