Thanks for replying, Just to clarify, I have been on the P&B and passed some small amounts of MP during a subquent, 3 day OJ fast that you recommend. Which by the way was mush easier to accomplish than I thought possible, and would have gone longer if I didn't have amalgam. I presently am doing the LB, kidney, and parasite cleanses in prep for my 9th LF this weekend.

So just wondering what to be looking for, does the LB liquify the MP or do you just pass it?

Should you stop the LB, and Kidney during the LF?
