Thank you so much for the valuable info, the book Tooth truth has been on my to buy list for a while now. Doe the book go into any detail about how to find the right composite to replace silever fillings? I have been looking for a bio dentist in my area but am not sure I trust them now because they advertise porcelain as an alternative to siver. I would not be able to travel to mexico to get the ZOE fillings, do you think I might be able to find a dentist in the states that uses ZOE? And you mention that they are too white, do you mean they are too white to match the tooth color?

My brother has porcelain veneers what is the alternative to this?
