If you have cellulite, the orange juice fast and the herb baths and the herbs teas etc to help kidneys will help your liver and kidneys eliminate that, almost melt them away, you need clean kidneys and liver to detox the excess, thats where MHs herbs come in and preparation.
I had so many weird things fall off of my body or just disaapear it was amazing. Old injuries/a dog bite scars flared, scabbed and fell off, this molelike/ birthmark thing on my cheek near my ear flared dried up and fell off in a few days time, blemishes disappeared after the herbal baths and tiny blackheads surfaced and just dissolved away during the 40 days, the evening 20 minute soaks MH reccomends really do facillitate the cleansing, and as the entire system becomes more alkaline, acidic deposits, blemishes and creepy things just fall off or are eliminated as they can not live in an alkaline system. One small mole on my neck reduced about 50% and this hard thing, like a blemish, I had under my right eye for years went away, this other little pimple, mole, whatever it was that was near an old injury site reduced 90% and is barely visible now. I think MH says do the 3 day fast to start as preparation.
I practiced zen macrobiotics, japanese cooking, for 15 years and followed hulda clarks protocol for 1 year prior to this fast. I would do a 3 day fast to start if I had no preparation, and if you can handle the detoxing and discharging just take the liver and kidney teas and herbs MHs books recommend to help facilitate good elimination. Dr Christophers book says one very overweight, distressed young woman stayed on the orange juice distilled water fast for 6 months untill she became a normal weight,happy and healthy young girl again, and she kept her day job throughout the entire 6 month fast and had zero detox problems. That young womans experience told me, if she, being very overweight, bloated, with a sluggish and congested system could do 6 months, I could certainly do 40 days.
