Re: liver cleanze

Hi Kala, I did 3 or 4 liver flushes prior to the 40 day orange juice fast. I did a 5th and hopefully, final liver cleanse after the end of the fast.
MH is correct when he says if we feed out bodies right we do not get stones in the first place. The last flush I did got a smaller number of tiny stones, 30 or so, out and chaff and ALL pain in my rib area was gone 100% after the orange juice fast and last flush. I think I got the last of the stones out. Will see, if the rib and shoulder pain stay far far away.

I plan to stay on correct Natural food, continue to drink plenty of fresh organic orange juice/distilled water and use herbs so I do not develope any more stones or get sick and acidic again. btw - your ph will be a good 7.0 - 7.5 or so after the fast. Re establishing a good alkaline system is what the orange juice and MHs herbs do.
