Hi invincible, I do not have a scale so I do not know exact weight.Next time I go to gym I will weigh myself. I do know bloat dissolved, probably about 2-3 inches around waist.
I know MH tells the truth when he says their is one cause and one cure for all disease. The cause for all disease is SYSTEMIC POISONING. systemic poisoning caused by bloat, over eating, bad eating, wrong eating, toxic dental metals,clogged organs,clogged viens, clogged arteries, all caused by wrong food and pollution.

The orange juice fast lets you see that over eating or wrong eating is a dumb HABIT. The 40 day orange juice distilled water fast lets your body HEAL ITSELF and not be burdened digesting wrong foods that clog and hurt the system. The energy wasted in digesting wrong food is used by the body to heal itself. The orange juice facillitates the cleansing by replacing the entire body of toxic clogged lymph fluids with orange juice and clean distilled water in the lymph, I think 3 gallons of toxic or polluted lymph fluid gets replaced by 3 gallons of distilled water and organic orange juice. I was not over weight when I started fast, but I sure had bloat, and that is gone now. Will post exact weights when I get a scale.
