Hi jcounts, sure go ahead. An unexpected neat side benifit to the 40 day fast was no lugging heavy bags of expensive groceries home that only clog us up and make us sick, and also a reduced grocery bill every week, plus less messy greasy dishes, pots and pans to wash every day.
I wish I would have found MH and curezone sooner,as the 40 day orange juice/distilled water fast and natural herbs have no equal that I know of for good outcome healing and rejuvination.
