Hello, I have a question, and I was hoping you could help me. I have now been juicing for over a month and have eliminated and/or reduced my health problems by over 75%! The power of juice is AMAZING!
I have now switched my family to sea salt. I am using Redmond Real Salt (realsalt.com). I am sure there are better salts, but this is the best my health food store carries at the present time. I tried the rest and they were plain white, and this one is pinkish colored with specks of other colors.
Here is my question- since we are no longer using Iodized salt, am I missing that mineral? I have a 3 yr old and a 10 year old and do not want to adversely affect their health.
