Enemas and colonics

I ordered your booklet. If I don't use an enema, I don't go at all. I then develop a hard plug in a few days and then have a real mess on my hands. I checked the constipation forum and the consensus there was that dependence on enemas was better than depenence on constipation. I would LOVE to have an alternative to enemas. Did you mail the booklet yet?
