All first hand uncooked proteins are fine.

All second hand proteins are poisons and normally have to be cooked and seasoned because they are not even close to human foods.

Normally a few raw nuts before noon is more than enough extra protein. Some of the oldest men to ever live ate 5 raw nuts per day. Normally you do not need nuts unless it is winter and fresh foods are not as common.

All second hand proteins are not real human foods, false science reports are made up to sell a non human food product to the masses.

Natural live foods are where we get proteins that are usable, the same natural proteins that animals ate to support their bodys.
