I also have 15 ounces a day of vegetable juice which I make by putting pieces of kale, lettuce, spinach, broccoli, ginger, and cauliflower in a blender and liquefying it. I find that I need a carbohydrate at bedtime to sleep. I take a variety of digestive enzymes before each meal.
