new to this forum and have a few questions

Hello everyone
I have never done a parasite cleanse before and I have a few questions
First of all I am using a product called Parasite purging Pak
I found it at my local health food store.
it has 5 capsules with 700 mg each of Black walnut hulls , pumpkin seed, elecampane root, cloves, wormwood, cascara sagrada, dandelion root and slippery elm bark
Also 1 capsule of caprylic acid (350mg) 1 capsule of garlic extract 500mg , 1 capsule of grapefruit seed extract 100 mg 1 capsule of black cumin oil 500 mg and 1 capsule pure pumpkin seed oil 1000 mg
I have been taking this mix 2 times a day for 3 days now and have not seen any worms coming out in my Bowel movements.
I have been feeling odd movements in my lower abdominal area and I have been feeling sick with flu like symptoms.
Are you supposed to see the worms, how long dose it take for the worms to come out?
Am I using the right product?
