Hi hopeful,
Most all pain and cramps and or related is generally caused because the body has become too Acidic from not being able to get rid of Excess Undigested Proteins which cause the Acidity and or other causes of Acidity and this may be because of a shortage of the needed Alkaline Minerals.

Most of the time the body is short of Calcium and Magnesium and important Trace Minerals!!
