upper back pain

What can be causing upper right side back pain like a cramp or pulled muscle? I have had two successful flushes with release of appx. 200 pea sized green or tan colored stones in the past month after being told I needed gallbadder surgery. At times I experience the upper right pain under my ribs on front but now have more backpain and difficulty breathing deep (uncomfortable). Thanks for any advice! Tweet
