Not yet... I want to be REALLY prepared... the longer I take the herbs the better I feel the results will be. I am taking no chances. Julia... when she started the herbs used them for 4 months before she found out about flushes. I won;t wait that long but intend to do one with in 2 weeks. I will post and let you know.
