Re: 30ish female no longer have gall bladder pain or eczema; life is good!!

I just joined this website (a doctor told me to check it out)and I was looking for a liver/gallbladder cleanse. I just found out I have gall stones and "changes" in my liver. I don't know exactly what that means. Anyways, I've read a lot about the cleanses and I just don't know which one to do. I have diarrhea due to my Crohn's and I'm afraid the protocol might be too much. I do want to do it soon, before I have another gallbladder attack. Should I do a Colon Cleanse first? And I read that you should do a parasite cleanse first or you won't get many stones and you'll get real sick doing the cleanse. Any thoughts? Tweet
