The Hallelujah Diet and Lifestyle

The Hallelujah Diet is actually Dr. Christopher's Regeneration Diet with Superfood-type supplements added. Here is a synopsis:

Breakfast: Take 1 serving BarleyMax/Superfood/etc in 8 oz distilled water or carrot/vegetable juice.

Midmorning: Same as breakfast. You can add BeetMax or CarrotMax if you like. If hungry, eat a piece of juicy fruit.

Lunch: Same as breakfast while you are making lunch. Lunch is a huge salad with a leafy green vegetable base, or a fruit salad. Limit fruit to 15% of your raw food intake per day. You can have cooked food now if you don't have it at dinner.

Midafternoon: Same as breakfast. Add BeetMax or CarrotMax if you like. Have carrot and Celery sticks if you need something to munch on.

Dinner: Same as dinner while you're making dinner. At dinner, have another huge salad. You can also have one cooked vegetable such as: baked potato, brown rice, legumes, steamed veggies, whole grain pasta, a veggie sandwich on whole grain bread, baked sweet potato, squash, or any other type of whole grain or vegetable.

Evening: If desired, you can have a piece of juicy fruit or a glass of freshly juiced fruit juice.

Sending healing your way,
-Donna
