As far as folks with MD who have tried the IP, you're looking at her. :-D And, like you, I'm searching the net like crazy for anyone who has tried anything that helped them. When I find things, I post them here. I think it's going to be pioneers like you and I who try things as they become available to us and report our findings. Most dear folks are just sitting and waiting on someone else to do the work.

With you having trouble with your hands, you might look into myotonic MD. I have a friend here in town with MMD, along with her daughter. One daughter has it, the other doesn't. They have trouble getting jars open, opening doorknobs, penmanship problems, tying a bow, and certainly can't play piano.
