What an awesome load of information! Thanks very much for your time of posting it! And the part of the book about Body for life, I agree with you with the supplements they take and the meat too. I don't do those things, I just took the idea of the one day a week plan. Because I am not a heavy meat eater, but I am not a vegan by far or a vegetarian (I was once upon a time)I do alot of soy products, wild rice, (still can't cook the brown rice just yet correctly), beans (oh how I LOVE them! I could EAT each day!), many veggies, and wheat bread. (more added just the just of it). But I also love eggs which I limit to 3 a week (I savor them...LOL) Chicken I don't too much care for and I can do without, beef (yuck), and pork (double yuck). So these are the foods I plan to intergrate into my eating lifestyle after this fast:)
