i dont know anyone in here that is not fitting that definition. maybe you should do a little research on fasting and fasting methods. there are many ways to go about this. a lot of people in here have a lot to lose. or just enough to lose that its safer to have food inbetween rather than go on a long fast. some people may be fasting short term because of medical issues.
the point is that we are all here to lose weight and everyone gets along.
we all here have great tips and i love to learn from each other. the other forums are beyond strict with some of the posting and its totally silly how some people get attacked for fasting for weightloss. like its not even a reason to fast or something.
