day 4 of water fast--headache!!!

hi all you fasteres, it is day 4 for me, and wow--what a headache!!! coud be from lack if sleep though, hopefully it will be gone by tonight. hey marion, glad to hear you are almost done with the day and day 5 is on the horizon for you!!! thank you for sending me extra support and prayers to help me make it through the night at work--i didn't give in and i feel great about it today. you take care. everyone stay strong and God bless you all. love olivia.
