good to hear from you this afternoon. yes, i am on day 3--i have the worste headache and neck ache--stiff on the right side, can hardly turn my head. i have to go to work tonight--6:30pm until 7:ooam. so looks like it is going to be a very long night, with many hours to stay awake and think of eating. but i will stay strong, i just wish i felt better physcially. but i now i have to get through the detox until i get the reward. i hope you will feel like starting tomorrow, but then again you know what is best for you, and know that we will all be here for you now matter what you decide. our great big fasting family, it is strange isn't it how we feel like we know eachother and really do care about one another. i wish only the best for everyone here, and i hope we can all obtain our gosls. i know we will. i have already set my mind to not having thanksgiving dinner--i am going to attend it with my faimly and i have already told them i will not be eating, they were upset of course but they promised not to get on my case over it. well i have to go and start getting ready for work. i won't be back on until i wake up tomorrow afternoon, around 1:00pm so everyone take care and my best wishes and prayers go out to you all. marion, i will say an extra little prayer for you and thanks for being here for me. love all, olivia Tweet
