or just dont eat the fruit or veggies. Most people at parties don't ask why you aren't eating so I suggest just being really strong and sticking rhrough it. Especially since you're new to this, i would suggest NOT eating them atlal and start traigning your brain not to eat food just because its there. Food is a mental game. You've already told your head you're going to eat it so you will. you might not even be hungry at the party, you've just already assumed you were going to eat. that's the habits we all need to break to be successful at fasting.
