Take it easy...sometimes it is better to get off of something slowly. Your body has taken it in so much that you dont want to shock the system.

I went from 5 cups (rather large mugs--Tim Hortons) a day to one larg one for when I know i have a craving.

I save that preciouse cup of coffee for the time of day I know I will cave in.

In the morning I just had an earl grey tea with Sugar substitute (or not) and cream .... almost like coffee.

I think it's the bitterness with the cream or milk that I think i the body needs.
Just trick-it

it took about a year. I still have 2 per day sometimes but very rarely.
