If I was you, I would try a high protein diet with lots of leafy grean veggies and broccoli, kinda like the Atkins diet. I did it and lost 7 pounds in 6 days. It's good to always decrease carbs and especially sugar. Carbs are sugar, and Sugar is probably the #1 killer in America. Take some really good supplemental vitamins while you do the Atkins. It works for a lot of people I know, and for myself. Taking the vitamins makes up for the other nutrients you'll be excluding, like all fruit and some veggies. Do a search on the web for Atkins Diet, it will tell you what you can and cannot eat. Whenever I do it, I always have so much more energy after the first 3 days, the first 3 days a little tough because your body is going through Sugar withdrawals, but remember, that's a good thing.
